Our Story

Jane, our chef, has been making handmade vegan pies and pasties from her kitchen at home since 2011. She is now proud to offer her range of Pennine Pasties made in Hebden Bridge, at the heart of the Pennines.

All of her pasties are handcrafted, and hand packed by a small team of dedicated staff. There is no scrimping on the delicious fillings which are encompassed in a generous 7 inch puff pastry shell.

Cooking instructions

For best results bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees or gas mark 6. Place pasty on a baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until piping hot.
Delicious eaten hot or cold.

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS

Once you receive your delivery, pop your pasties straight in the freezer to keep them well protected.

They will last for up to 6 months frozen.

For best results always cook from frozen.

Jane is delighted to work in collaboration with Sally, owner of Tod Almighty Wholefoods in Todmorden' and Haworth Wholefoods in Haworth to supply customers with her range of vegan Pennine Pasties.
